Seasonal Trends in Soybean Oil Prices are close to, but not identical to soybeans. This often provides a very probable seasonal spread trade between soybean oil and soybeans, in addition to trading opportunities on the direct price movements.

Soybean Meal also provides seasonal spread trade opportunities, as the demand for each soybean by-product is determined by the needs of very different market sectors.
